I work across the full software lifecycle: requirements, architecture, application code, databases, testing, deployment and support after launch. My experience spans CRM, POS, time management and government platforms.

Supporting live systems has shaped how I build them. I look beyond the visible error to understand data flow, configuration, services, servers and the people who depend on the result.
